About me
Aileen is Director of Marketing for Winebow’s strategic national focus on the “Upper Left,” supporting an group of leading Willamette and Columbia Valley wineries. She helps guide their wholesale strategies and build collaborative programs to enhance growth for the regions as well as individual wine brands.
She previously served as VP of Strategy and Marketing for Early Mountain, an ambitious Virginia winery, managed a global portfolio of iconic family-owned wineries at Terlato Wines International, and directed the beverage program at Legal Sea Foods, a multi-unit restaurant group renowned for its wine program.
Aileen holds the WSET Diploma and is in Stage 3 of the prestigious Masters of Wine program completing a research project on sub-AVA’s in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. Aileen loves to travel and cook, especially when her twin daughters join in on the fun.
