About me
Andrew began his winemaking career in 2002 in Australia and began working Harvest positions in both hemispheres before completing a winemaking and viticulture degree at Lincoln University in New Zealand. He held a winemaking position under Philip Shaw in Orange NSW and completed internships in both Burgundy and Bordeaux at that time. In 2012 he moved to Sonoma California where he was head winemaker for Ledson Winery working ith consultant David Ramey. Moving to Vierginia in 2019, Andrew working with Mountain and Vine, winning the 2023 Virginia Governors Cup before commencing with CrossKeys vineyards in the Shenandoah Valley in that year.
