Virginia Wine Trade Intensive

Maggie Bradshaw is the product of a liberal arts education and a lot of cheese. While working in the association world in DC, Maggie started working part-time at a local cheese shop and eventually moved to cheese full-time. After moving to Richmond, Virginia with her family, she worked in a commercial kitchen and popped up at local breweries. In 2019, Truckle opened its first brick-and-mortar store. Maggie opened the Cheese Bar in 2022, which is a cut-to-order counter that serves grilled cheeses and cheese boards.
